How it worksHow it works
REGISTRATION
Download the app then confirm your info fields and payment method. That’s it, you’re ready to roll! In order to verify your account, an automatic £5 deposit is required and will become nextbike credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on a bike with the nextbike by TIER app. The Frame Lock will open automatically.
Pause / Unload
Do you need to drop off your cargo? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the Frame Lock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Just ride back to your cargo bike's home station and return your bike. You can find this in your app map. Once you’re at the station, press the Frame Lock lever down until it beeps. Please always return to the home station to avoid a service fee.

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL

Our tariffs
You can rent up to two bikes with one customer account. However, offers or special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. To correctly return a WESTcargo bike, you must return it to its official home station – this is typically the same location from which you rented the bike.
Any WESTcargo bike returned outside of its home station will be subject to a £25 fine.
Unlimited unlocks+minutes pack
£12 / month
For just £12 per month, you get unlimited 30-minute rentals. After the first 30 minutes, it will be charged at the rate of £1 / 30 minutes. Learn more here.
