Two become one 

nextbike UK Ltd merges with TIER Operations Ltd on 01.02.2023. From now on, we will pursue our mission of moving people and making bike sharing an elementary component of urban and regional mobility as one company. 

For the last year, we have already been working together with TIER Mobility on our joint mission of Changing Mobility for Good and we will continue to do so. With e-scooters, e-bikes and pedal bikes, we are shaping the mobility of the future. Our services remain unchanged and are as of 01.02.2023 run by TIER Operations Ltd. 

Your contractual partner is now TIER and not nextbike. Since the contents of the contracts already concluded have not changed (incl. terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy), no action is necessary on your part.
